Our second string hurlers were heavily defeated by a strong Buttevant side in Buttevant on Sunday evening last. Playing against the breeze we were 1-11 to 1-4 behind at half-time. As it was a number of weeks since our last match with little done in terms of preparation it was no suprise that Buttevant clocked up the scores in the second half and 2 late goals made the final scoreline unflattering for Ballyhea.
